CondoWiz - Toronto GTA app for iPhone and iPad

The CondoWiz™ - GTA App lets you choose condos, co-ops, purpose built rental buildings, projects (planned, pre- and under construction) using name, address, corporation number, community code, community name, or you can search using pre-set filters. This app is a comprehensive database of the BUILDINGS/PROJECTS. It is not a search engine of available units within those buildings.

The app is free to download and the complete catalogue is available to all users. Free users have access to the names and addresses in the database and you can have up to 20 Favourites (favourite condos/co-ops/buildings/projects provide even quicker access).

A subscription (Monthly or Yearly) is required to gain full access to the catalogue, filters, and search criteria. The true value of this database lies in its ability to quickly provide the information pertaining to each and every condo, co-op, leasehold, and purpose-built rental building in the city. Toronto is the first city in the GTA to be released.
